Customer appreciation day
Lesley’s Esthetics and Accessories in Parksville hosted a customer appreciation day on April 18.
Lesley Osborne has been operating her Parksville business for 21 years and the women who has been helping people look and feel good invited her clients by for a wine and cheese event last week.
Osborne said her clientele has remained loyal and she credits her longevity to her commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The esthetics industry has grown rapidly over the years and appeals to a wider market and Osborne agreed it is important to make all her clients feel welcome.
