The Oceanside Womens Business Network (OWBN) is hosting a “Real World Skills Networking” general meeting on Nov. 15.

“Would you like to become a superstar networker? Do you ever feel terrified at just the thought of walking into a room of total strangers? Well you’re not alone. Feel comfort in knowing that 80 percent of people are feeling the same way too.” said OWBN president Glenda Sweet in a news release.

Ricia Adair, founder of Zenith Training International, author, speaker and film producer, will present her informative and witty networking presentation to arm you with every tool to become a fearless networker and socialize with confidence.

“Join us, meet new contacts, enhance your business and share expertise with the dynamic women of the Oceanside Womens Business Network,” said Sweet. “I did and can tell you it is one of the best business decisions I’ve made. I enjoy the company of these women, the knowledge, moral support and friendships that are so generously shared.”

The OWBN was founded in 1992 by women who wanted to create a positive environment where women could mentor and support each other in their businesses through networking.

Register at www.owbn.ca by Monday, Nov. 12 for catering notification. For more information call Sweet at 250-228-4224.
