Qualicum Beach seniors bazaar is this Saturday

Judy Southern knows a lot of people in Qualicum Beach and the president of the Qualicum Beach Seniors’ Centre is hoping to see them all — and more — at the upcoming annual bazaar.
The event, she said, will be held on April 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Seniors’ Centre, located on Memorial Avenue below Quality Foods. The bazaar will include a bake sale, new-to-you boutique, crafts, DVDs, a white elephant sale and silent auction.
It’s a yearly fundraiser and Southern noted that any year they find themselves with an operating surplus at the end of the year they donate it to charity.
