A master hypnotherapist who’s been featured on A-Channel, Voyager Magazine and elsewhere, is coming to Tigh-Na-Mara to host a workshop Jan. 18.

Jeannie Spencer is hosting an all-day New Year Personal Development Workshop at Tigh-Na-Mara Resort in Parksville. The workshop, based on a popular series she recently hosted across Vancouver Island, promises to help participants unlock the power of their subconscious minds, get clear on what they most desire and ultimately achieve their goals.

Spencer, who lives in the Comox Valley, uses a combination of hypnosis, group work and individual exercises to help participants align mind, body and spirit and alter any negative or limiting behaviours.

Later this spring, Spencer expects to open the Canadian College of Advanced Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in Courtenay – the first of its kind north of Nanaimo. The New Year Personal Development Workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 18 and costs $150, which includes three hypnotherapy sessions, interactive exercises, a session workbook, self-hypnosis CD and lunch.

To register, visit www.jeanniespencer.com or call 250-702-4769.
