Find out what labyrinths and laughter yoga exercises are all about on Thursday as Shift in Action hosts an event at the Parksville Community and Conference Centre.

Local occupational therapist Holly Carnegie Letcher will be hosting the event called Laughter and Labyrinths — Just for the Health of it!, including laughter yoga exercises, a short introduction to labyrinths and a reflective walk on the circular pathway. Quadra Island musician Peter Jack Rainbird will be playing accompanying music at the event that happens Jan. 24 from 7-9 p.m., with admission by donation.

And don’t miss a feature article on Rainbird coming up in The News.
