The Sunset Cinema series is back for its third season bringing a free outdoor  movie to Parksville Community Park tonight, July 11.

The Croods, an animated adventure comedy featuring Nicolas Cage and Ryan Reynolds, will be played on a giant, three-story, inflatable screen.

The movie begins at dusk but moviegoers are invited to come early, bring a blanket or a lawn chair and grab a good spot.

The concession stand will be run by volunteers from Coastal Community Credit Union, benefitting the Parksville Chapter of Success by Six. This early childhood development initiative focuses on giving children six and under the best start in life.

For more information visit the Facebook page: Coastal Community Credit Union. Coastal Community will also be supporting Success By Six throughout July through its employee-based Fundraising Fridays initiative.
