The musician is one-third of The Lion The Bear The Fox, a larger-than-life trio that has been stealing the hearts of local residents since the group was formed a couple of years ago.

Woodward, known as “The Bear” in the group, is known for his dynamic stage presence and raw, passionate style.

The singer songwriter is performing a solo acoustic show at the McMillan Arts Centre (the MAC) in Parksville on Thursday, April 3.

He will be performing two 40-minute sets and at intermission refreshments are by donation.

Tickets are $18, available at The MAC Tuesday through Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A share of the proceeds will go towards Oceanside Community Arts Council projects.
