Hospice to survey end of life issues
The Oceanside Hospice Society is looking for community input on loss, grief and end of life care issues.
The society membership, board, volunteers and staff are asking the community to complete a short survey, available online and at their office, to give them a better sense of the needs. The society aims to “promote the integration of comprehensive, high-quality and seamless delivery of end of life care and hospice palliative care” in the region and are looking for feedback on what people know about their services, how they are doing and what people would like to see as priorities.
They ask people to take the survey online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/oceanside by June 24. Paper copies can be found at 210 Crescent Road West, Qualicum Beach, call 250-752-6227.
