Generals' coach steps away from the bench

Oceanside Generals coach Dave Johnston has announced today he will move to the front office of the local Junior B hockey club, stepping away from the bench.

Johnston has said he will take over as general manager and head of hockey operations for the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League team.

Taking over as coach will be long-time assistant Jason Dubyna.
