Ambulance shelter remains

 A temporary vehicle shelter for the B.C. Ambulance Service will remain at the Bow Horne Bay Fire Department for another year. The Regional District of Nanaimo approved the extension, subject to the replacement of the shelter with a permanent structure by June 30, 2012.
