Clues sought in Bowser break in

Police in Oceanside have been so far unable to solve the case of a break and enter into the Georgia Park Store in Bowser, so they’re looking to the public to provide some clues.

The incident took place on the afternoon of Aug. 26 when an unidentified culprit broke into the store and took money and other items from an office inside.

Police say they believe whoever was responsible for the theft was familiar with the operation of the store.

Despite efforts to solve this crime, police have been unsuccessful in making arrests.

The Oceanside RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying the person or persons responsible for this crime. Anyone with information is requested to call the RCMP at 250-248-6111 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-222-8477.
