Qualicum Beach landing to be reviewed
Transport Canada is looking into why a plane landed on the beach near Yambury Road in Qualicum Beach May 26, to ensure that the Canadian Aviation Regulations were met. Aviation inspectors would have a conversation with the pilot involved to discuss the elements of the incident and to ensure the pilot is considering the safety of passengers and people on the ground.
