Nominations needed today for Cancer Agency awards
The B.C. Cancer Agency is putting out a call for nominations for its Community Care Award, and the deadline is today, Friday, Oct. 12.
This award acknowledges someone in the community for his/her work caring for those living with cancer including pharmacists, nutritionists, physicians, counselors, educators, and volunteers.
The recipient will receive a plaque, public recognition and a $300 cash award.
Nomination forms can be found on www.bccancer.bc.ca/communitycareaward.
