Parksville Qualicum Beach school district recruiting for superintendent

The local board of education has turned to a recruitment initiative to help in the search for a new superintendent.

It's called Make a Future and was created by the B.C. Public School Employers' Association as a joint venture among B.C.'s 60 public school boards and the Ministry of Education. In the interim, Assistant Superintendent Rollie Koop has become the acting superintendent of schools in District 69 and Director of Instruction Gillian Wilson is the acting assistant superintendent.                        — NEWS Staff
