The Oceanside RCMP announced Sunday that the 14-year-old Parksville girl reported missing last week has been located, and said in a written release that she is “safe and sound.”
The girl had been reported missing early in April, after having last been seen in Parksville in the early evening of April 1.
Police offered no other details, but thanked the public for its assistance in the search.
