NOTICE OF DISPOSITION
Pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Parksville hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of a fee simple parcel of land located at 130 Shelly Road, Parksville British Columbia, having the Parcel Identifier 005-915-244 and legally described as Lot 20, District Lot 3, Nanoose District, Plan VIP6031 set out on the map below, to the Nature Trust of BC for a total purchase price of $800,000 plus applicable taxes.
