peacefully at Nanaimo Regional Hospital
on November 13, 2003 after a short illness
bravely & patiently borne.
Dearly beloved wife of Edward Lee Miller, loving mother of Morag Karesa and the late Sandy Miller. Grandmother of Crystal Karesa, Anthony Perreault and dearest sister of Mary McKay.
Nancy worked as an R.N. in the Royal Columbia Hospital and was a Night Supervisor in the Queens Park Extended Care Hospital, New Westminster for a number of years. After retiring to the Island she served the community as a volunteer with S.O.S. in Parksville, Trillium Lodge and was a fund raiser for Nanoose Library.
Service Wednesday, November 19 at 2 p.m. at
St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Nanoose, followed
by cremation at Parksville Funeral Chapel.
The family would like to thank Parksville Community Care Staff, nurses at Nanaimo Regional Hospital and The Reverend Peter Norman and Congregation of St. Mary’s Anglican Church for their care and support.
