Passed away peacefully after a long illness at Trillium Lodge in Parksville. Barrie will be deeply missed by his sister Ileane Gilmour and Joe; nieces Carole Zilkie and Ron, Kellie Paterson and Russ; nephews Chris and Torin West; his devoted friends Sharon and Doug McLaren and family; Mike and Sandy Duffy and family; Barrie’s friends through his tireless work with the O.A.P. and his many years of Mission work with the Mormon Church.
Our eternal thanks to the wonderful staff at Trillium Lodge who added so much to Barrie’s last years.
A Celebration of Barrie’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., January 10, 2004 at the Church of Latter Day Saints, Qualicum Branch 591, Arbutus, Qualicum Beach, BC
