We are sad to announce the passing of Conrad Magnusson at the age of 88 years on February 13, 2010. He will be deeply missed by Sybil, his wife of 67 years, his children Gale (Joe), Barry (Shari), Lorne (Farrell), and Vicki (Brian) as well as 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Following his service in World War II, Connie had a successful career with BC Telephone in Port Alberni. Connie and Sybil enjoyed a long and happy retirement in Qualicum Beach, and most recently in Parksville. He was the best husband, father, and grandfather we could have had.
