December 30, 1949 - May 9, 2017
After a brief illness, David left this world surrounded by his partner Kerry, daughters Courteney and Rachel, and brother John.
David was a bright light and a tireless volunteer, bringing passion and intelligence to every job he tackled. He embodied the spirit of community involvement in all that he did.
His love for music, his family, his friends and all of life’s pleasures was always evident. His was a life fully lived.
