BUSCHHAUS, DETLEV GUNTER
Born in Radevormwald, Germany, July 2nd 1953. Passed away December 15th, 2007 in Coombs, B.C. surrounded by his family.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Maureen; children Miriam, Christopher (Hannah), Catherine and Anne; parents Gunter and Hildegard; siblings Gudrun (Hartmut) Haase and Siegmar (Heather) Buschhaus; aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Detlev enjoyed metalworking, welding with Madill Equipment Canada and blacksmithing at Bethlehem Walk. He also loved spending time in his garden and reading good books. We will miss his humour, keen intellect and loving presence.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on December 21st at 2:00, Parksville Baptist Church, 550 Pym St. Parksville, B.C.
