HUSON, Dorothy May
May 26, 1919 - July 30, 2004
Surrounded by her loving family, Mom passed peacefully at home, after a long courageous fight with cancer. Pre-deceased by her loving husband of 51 years.
Jim and Dorothy leave a legacy of 10 children: Barry (Theresa), Gwen (Windston) Pittendriegh, Julie Papineau, Ted (Carolyn), Bill (Diane), Bob (Norma), Bev (Bill) Waterhouse, Phil (Elaine), Ron (Lea), Brenda (Kurt) Nordli; twenty-three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, and one more to come.
Special thanks to Home Support, Community Care Hospice 69 and all who touched her life.
An open house will be held August 14, 2004 from 10am-2pm at 412 Oak Avenue, Parksville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to B.C. Cancer Foundation and/or Hospice Society 69.
