Rene passed away peacefully with her family by her side; Rene leaves her sons Guy & Bruce (Kelly), and her daughter Joanne (Gordon); grandchildren Amanda, Cheryl, Kyle and Anny, and great grandchildren Jesse, Aiden, Abigail & Emilia. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 56 years, Harry James.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Qualicum manor for their loving care during her stay.
A Celebration of Rene’s Life will be held at Yates Funeral Home, 1000 Allsbrook Rd. at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 20, 2010.
