BLACKMORE, Farnham John (Jack) Passed away peacefully on August 15, 2002
after a battle with cancer.
Born September 5, 1912 in Stoke-on-Trent, England.
He was predeceased by his wife Ivy and will be sadly missed by his children, John (Lee), Dorothy Watson (John), Beatrice and Harry; grandchildren Stephen, Jackie, Denise, Andrew and Chad. Jack immigrated to Canada in 1923 and was a well known and highly respected building contractor in Vancouver. He retired to Qualicum Beach in 1977 where he enjoyed fishing and his vegetable garden.
A private memorial service will be held.
