Florence passed away peacefully at Arrowsmith Lodge, Parksville, B.C.
She is survived by her sister Alice Bagg (John) of Savona, BC, grandchildren Deborah Lee Hazelwood (John) of Sidney, David Alan Hazelwood (Shannon) of Sooke, BC, and great grandchild Dakota Lee Hazelwood of Sooke, BC, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Flo was a long time member of Rebecca Lodge in Port Alberni.
Celebration of life to he held at a later date.
