RICHENS, Frances “Elaine” (nee Finnie)
Passed away at home in the presence of her family, on Oct. 17, 2006, aged 83 years.
Born in Kamasck, SK on Oct. 18, 1922, moved to Whaletown, Coretz Is. as a young child. Elaine was predeceased by her husband Len in 1991 and sister Ramana Vanstone.Elaine and Len met and married on Cortez Is. and remained married for 51 years. Elaine was a 25 year employee of Eatons Vancouver, and a life long witness of Jehovah. She will be sadly missed by son Garry and his wife Carol and 2 grandchildren Cari (Calvin Cane) and Ryan. She will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and family; her kindness to all will not be forgotten. A long time resident of Vancouver and 4 years in Qualicum Beach, BC.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall, 423 W. 1st Ave, Qualicum Beach, BC on Thursday, Oct. 26th at 3:00 pm.
