EARTHY, Fred Born in White Rock May 14, 1917. Died June 30, 2002. He was the youngest of nine children. Survived by Mildred, his wife of 59 years, daughter Susan (Doug) Hallat, sons Chris (Hilary) and David, grandsons Michael (Laurie) Lucas, Jason, Marcel and his mother Brigitte, and one granddaughter Jodi (Chad), 3 great grandsons, Matthew, Marty and Daniel. Predeceased by his grandson Peter, in 1990. Special thanks to Dr. Bruce Johnstone and the wonderful staff at Eagle Park.
There will be a celebration of Fred’s life in the Club House at Eaglecrest Golf Course, Qualicum Beach, on July 18, 2002 at 1:00 pm.
