passed away peacefully on May 26,2010 in Nanaimo hospital Palliative Care after a sudden illness.
Predeceased by husband Walt in 1992.She is survived by her children Barb, Grant and Paul, grandchildren Ben and Sarah, sister Shirley McAllister, niece and nephew Patti Janssen and Robbie McAllister, cousin Bill Emigh and Colin Tilney.
Mom will be missed by many, including all of her bridge gals in Parksville and Qualicum , and friends and family on the Prairies
Many thanks to all the staff at Nanaimo Hospital Palliative Unit for caring for Mom and supporting all of us through these difficult days.
