ERICKSON, H.E. (Eric)
1922 – 2006
Eric passed away April 27 in the Palliative Care Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital with his family at his side.
He was predeceased by his son Ric in 1999. Eric will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years Marj, his daughters Carol (Tony) Stanley and Donna (Keary) Wamer, daughter-in-law Karon Adelberg, granddaughter Tanya Erickson, grandson Kevin Erickson, great grand daughter Ashley, his nieces Janis Hutcheson, Cherie Dedio and Diane Collins and Eric’s nieces and nephews in the United States.
The family thanks Dr. McClure, Dr. Calvin and the wonderful nursing staff in the Palliative Care Unit for the excellent care Eric received.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Qualicum Beach on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NRGH Palliative Care Unit or the Oceanside Hospice Society.
