LINDSAY, Helen
July 16, 1927 - October 9, 2005
After a happy and active life our Helen passed away peacefully in the presence of her family. Helen will be lovingly remembered every
day by her husband David; children Peter (Joy), Susan, Russ (Candi); grandchildren Teresa (Mario), Lorne, Andrea (Nathan), Sean
(Melissa), Curtis (Caroline); great grandsons Austin and Ryland. Helen’s extended family and many friends will also miss her. The family
extends their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the ICU and Palliative Care wards at Nanaimo Regional Hospital for their loving
care.
Following Helen’s wishes there will be no formal ceremony.
A private service has been held by the family.
Helen loved all the birds that came to her beautiful garden, if friends so desire, a memorial donation may be made in Helen’s name to the
North Island Wildlife Recovery Centre located in Coombs - Helen would like that.
