SCOTT, (Jack) Frederick William
passed away peacefully June 25, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his loving wife and companion of 50 years in February 1995 and his sister Shirley Rainey. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jack is survived by his four sons Gary (Sheila), Terry Reenik), Fred (Johnena) and Corey (Marilyn); his brothers Charlie (Marie) and Duncan; his sister Margaret (Don); also many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Jack was an avid outdoors man (camping, fishing and hunting) enjoying the activities and companionship through his many years as a Free Mason, Shriner and Legion Member. His family would like to express their heart felt thanks to all the Hospice staff, Volunteers and his Doctors for making his time there as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
Memorial service to be held at First Memorial Services Chapel, 4725 Falaise Dr., on July 4, 2003 at 10:00 am. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Victoria Hospice Society would be appreciated.
