James Turner passed away peacefully at Oceanside Manor for Seniors in Parksville BC. He was born April 15th 1922 in MacGregor, Manitoba. He is
survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Mary. His son Ian (his wife
Susan), two daughters Anne and Kathleen and his sister Onnollee and brother Howard, his grandchildren Lisa (her husband Pat) and Ryan and several nieces and nephews also survive him. He was a member of the
RCNVR and the RCMP and was very active in the community.
A memorial service will be held on Friday September 16th at 2pm, Knox United Church, located at Pym and Humphries. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Donations may be sent in lieu of flowers to the building fund at Knox United Church Parksville.
