STUBLEY (Miller), Joan
Born Joan Miller, May 22, 1917, in Middlesbrough, England, passed away peacefully at Arrowsmith Lodge on March 21, 2006.
Predeceased by her loving husband Les and 2 brothers George and Bill. Joan will be lovingly missed by nieces and nephews in Canada, England and Australia.
Joan and her husband emigrated to Canada in 1948 and lived in New Westminster, Read Island, and Parksville. She enjoyed looking after her home, pets, garden, and in particular her flowers.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Yates Funeral Home, 1000 Allsbrood Road, Parksville, on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at 1:00 pm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
