It is with great sadness that the family of John Luis Botelho announces that on December 25, 2007, while vacationing in Beijing, China, he passes away peacefully at the age of 58. John Luis was born on November 23, 1949, in Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal. He is survived by his beloved daughters, Laura, Corina, and Josienne, and their mother, Anne. He will be sadly missed by his parents, John and Maria Botelho, of Qualicum Beach, as well as his three sisters, three brothers and numberous nephews and nieces.
A funeral mass was held on Saturday, January the 12th at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Ascension in French Creek.
