Born May 1, 1915, Conquerall Bank, NS, pased away peacefully at Nanimo Regional General Hospital May 25, 2007 age 92 years. Sadly missed by Betty (Pepper), his loving wife of almost 65 years, son John and wife Roberta of Hamilton, ON, son David and wife Elaine of Mission, BC; grandchildren Kirsten, Lorne, Mark and Sara; sisters Faye McCully of Moncton, NB; June Mulock of Bridgewater, NS, and many other relatives, friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by sisters Joyce Inkpen and Velma McLaggan. Sim served with the Canadian Merchant Navy before, during and after WWll. Retired custodian from the North Vancouver School Board. Moved to Johnstone Road in Parksville in 1975 where he enjoyed fishing, gardening and welcoming visitors.

Our Saviour Lutheran Church on May 28, 2007.
