GRINDLEY, John Thomas “Tom”
of Parksville, BC passed away on April 27, 2005, at the age of 82 years
Survived by his loving wife Rita; one son Paul; two daughters Brenda Belaton and Carole Murphy; one step-daughter Susan Hamon; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two brothers Herbert and Eric; one sister Kathy Daly; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tom was a paratrooper during WWII with the British Forces, as well as a member and Past Exalted Ruler of B.P.O.E. Vancouver, Lodge #1; member and Past President of B.C. Telephone Pioneers; and member of Royal Canadian Legional Branch #49, Parksville, B.C.
There will be no service by Tom’s request
