McNICHOLLS, Joseph
July 17, 1923 - February 5, 2003
Joe passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He will be sadly missed by Muriel (Mu) his beloved wife of 50 years, two sons: Stephen (Barbara) Nanaimo, Paul (Lyndy Anne) Duncan; daughter Joanne (Andrew); grandchildren Andrew, Colin, Lauren, Adam & Amanda who loved their ‘Pa’; dear sister-in-law Audrey; nephew Chris (Gillian); great-nephew and niece Alexander and Claire (White Rock). He will also be missed by his loving family and friends in Britain.
Muriel would especially like to thank nephew Chris for his round the clock care and support of the family, Dr. John Atherstone for his loving care, the nurses and home support group of Parksville/Qualicum. They were wonderful.
Special thanks for all the love and caring from dear friends and neighbours of Qualicum Beach.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s, Qualicum Beach, on Saturday, February 15th at 3 p.m. Rev. David Gifford-Cole officiating.
