Leilani Jeanne Houkes passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 5th, 2017.
Leilani is survived by her sister, Kathryn (Mike) Hilker; daughters, Tamara (Alfie) Smith of Windsor, ON, and Tanya (John) Doussept of Parksville; granddaughters, Brianna Smith, Jamie (Ryan) Chamberlain; grandson, Shawn Chamberlain; great grandchildren, Sterling, Ryker and Declan; nephew, Todd (Jessica) Hilker; grandniece, Taylor, and grandnephew, Logan.
The family wishes to thank the staff on the 4th floor of the Nanaimo Hospital and Dr. Ben Williams. There will be no service by request.
