BLAKER, Mary (Griffin)
Mary passed away at Victoria General Hospital on November 1st, with her loving husbandof 63 years, Bill, by her side.
She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her, but especially by her children, Terry (Eva), Jacqueline (Richard - dec.), Maureen
(James), her grandchildren, Leonard, Cheryl (Danielle), Megan, Sarah, Stephen, Kelly (David), Jennifer (Shawn) and her very special
great granddaughter Taylor.
Mary was an extremely loving and caring person, who always had a hug for everyone. She had relatives and friends all over the world -
and all will miss receiving her wonderful cards and letters. She was a great lady who lived her life with dignity and unwavering faith in
God. We know she is being held gently in his loving arms.
Prayers were said on Monday, November 7th at 5 p.m. at The Church of the Ascension, 997 Wembley Road, Parksville and Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated there on Tuesday, November 8th at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Qualicum Cemetary with a
reception after at 317 Village Way, Qualicum.
