It is with great sadness to announce that on June 25th, 2009 Phil Levirs passed away.
Phil was predeceased by his wife, Shirley and his grandson Tanner and is survived by his children Will (Laura), Phill, Mary-Lou, Susan (Jason) Son in Law Stephen, Grandchildren Lisa, Cassandra, Alison, Madison, Avery, Camryn, and Great Grandchildren Phillip, and Savannah.
The family would like to thank the Port Alberni West Coast General Hospital and the Nanaimo General Hospital for the wonderful care and kindness. In lieu of flowers donations to the “Parkinson’s Society” would be greatly appreciated.
There will be a CELEBRATION OF LIFE held at the #49th Legion in Parksville BC on
July 12th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
