It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rieta Declercq. Rieta passed away on Friday Aug.13, 2010 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ken of 43 years. Son Bradley (Kelly) son Daryl and their dog Dooley. Rieta leaves behind sister Teenie (George) brother Bert (Mary) and many very good friends.
Rieta was a very loving and caring person and was very dedicated to her family. Rieta enjoyed her garden and her games of yatzee and wizard with her family and friends. She lived each day with a smile on her face no matter what she was going though, and never gave up hope. Rieta will be missed but not forgotten by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank the many nurses and doctors that have helped Rieta along this long journey.
No service upon request. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the SPCA would be appreciated.
