SKELTON, Terry
May 29th, 1942 ~ February 15th, 2008
It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Skelton announce his passing on February 15, 2008 surrounded by his family and close friends. Terry had fought a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis and was awaiting a lung transplant. Left to mourn is his loving wife of 44 years Thelma, his son Todd (Patti) grandchildren Amanda (Dan) great granddaughter Ella, Shannon (Lyle) great granddaughter Jayla, daughter Tanis Feltrin (Larry) grandsons Bryce and Blake. Predeceased by his parents Floyd and Isabelle Skelton, brothers Spud and Alec Skelton, sister Irene Grantham. Survived by his brother Fred Skelton of Rosisle, MB and sister Ruby Ormiston (Jim) of Naramata BC as well as many nieces and nephews. Terry's sense of humour always left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His love for his family was very evident especially for his grandchildren. He loved hockey particularly °his team° the Montreal Canadians.
Service to be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1 Newcastle Ave Nanaimo BC
