Survived by wife, Helen, 2 sons, Bill (Linda) of London, ON and Bruce of Burlington, ON as well as 4-grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Also survived by his "adoped family", Karen Dodd of Victoria and Gary (Susan) Howk of Nanaimo.
Tom spent WW11 in the Royal Canadian Navy and in his retirement years volunteered at the Nanaimo Military Museum and the Parkville Sea Cadets.
