GWILT, Thomas Franklin
born January 1, 1919 in Courtenay, BC,
passed away peacefully on October 14, 2003.
He leaves his loving wife Alice, his children Sharon (Bill), Gary (Laurie) and Carol (Doug) and his grandchildren Kelsey, Meagan, Casey and Carmen. He will be remembered as a thoughtful husband, devoted and generous father, father-in-law and grandfather, war time Yeoman of Signals, hard working resort owner, part time lighthouse keeper, loyal legion member and enthusiastic vacationer.
A memorial service will be held
at the Royal Canadian Bowser Legion #211
on Sunday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 565 West 10th, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4J4 will be gratefully accepted in lieu of flowers. Special thanks to all those at Eagle Park who made him feel at home. We will miss him.
