ALEXANDER, Thomas Lewis
June 19, 1936 - June 7, 2003 Tom is survived and will be deeply missed by his six children, Bruce (Jeanne), Brian (Christine), Trina (Rob Scott), Heather (Martin Reid), Michael (Lara), Tom (Paulina) and 13 grandchildren. His soul mate of 4 years Karla Beres and Tom’s mother Clara, Sister Johnette, brothers David and Peter, nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his father John. Tom was born in Victoria and relocated to the Parksville Qualicum area more than a decade ago. Tom gained many lifetime friends through his love for sports and his passion for the car business. Tom’s family extends their gratitude to Dr. Beerman, the palliative nursing staff at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital and the Community Health Services in Parksville.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17 at 2:00 pm at the Parksville Funeral Chapel, 1000 Allsbrook Road, Parksville, BC. Reverend Phil Spencer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
