Passed peacefully away at Rockyview General Hospital, Calgary, AB, October 23rd, 2004. Predeceased by her husband Llewellyn (Bill). Leaving to mourn 3 daughters, Janice (Tony), Calgary, AB., Lynn, Surrey, BC, Karen (Don), New Orleans, LA and 1 son Rick, Wainwright, AB: 7 grandchildren, Lisa (Darren), Mandi, Michael, Kris, Neil, Richard and Ryan and soon to be first great grandchild, Jayden Kielstra. Also leaving to mourn her brother, Eric (Pat), nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and the USA and a large circle of close friends in St. John's, NF and Parksville, BC. Dallas enjoyed a 25-year career as Secretary to the President of Memorial University, St. John's, NF and then retired to Parksville, BC to be close to family. A private family celebration of her life will be held at the home of her daughter in Calgary, AB followed by cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
