After a long battle with cancer, Mom passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Halliday House, Parksville.
Mom was born in Cholburi, Thailand. She was small in stature but of strong heart and will. Raising 4 children and moving from Thailand to
Indonesia, New Guinea, Holland and finally settling in Vancouver, B.C. in 1963.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters Roos, Linda (Gene), Nancy and her son Willy in California. Oma will be missed by her
grandchildren Victor, Cynthia, Rayman (Victoria) and Mark (Barbara) and 2 great grandchildren Brandon and Trevor- the twinkles in her
eyes.
Mom was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years Peter in 1997. The family wishes to thank Dr. R. Henderson, Rev. Foster Freed
and ALL the loving nurses at Halliday House for their care and dignity they gave Mom, especially her dear nurse Jessica.
