Time to put posturing aside

After all the posturing and noise being made over the Arrowsmith Water Service, I think all three municipal parties will come to an agreement over the shares in the water and the capital costs for treatment.

The box was opened a little early and none of the parties can put back in what came out, but at least they can handle it and are showing the maturity not to let this issue cause a lot of division between communities.
