Ailment results in piles of poo

I have noticed a widespread ailment in the area of Parksville that I reside in. Approximately nine out of ten people seem unable to bend over at the waist.

Why does that matter? If you enjoy stepping in dog poo when you are out for a walk, it doesn’t matter. Approximately nine out of these 10 people watch their dogs as the dog is doing its business, sometimes on city property that is grassed, have a quick, rather guilty look around and then just carry on walking.

I have lived in many different cities and towns and this is the worst of the worst for people not cleaning up after their dogs. Do they feel that they are somehow above picking up their animal’s waste or do they actually have a physical impairment that does restrict them from bending over and scooping up the poo?

If that is the case I would suggest that you get help for the impairment so that the rest of us can walk without stepping into piles of your dog’s poo.
