The NEWS’ front page headline stating ‘16-storeys planned for waterfront’ perhaps does an injustice to the owner/consultant for this very large and potentially wonderful piece of property.
Unfortunately many people will only read the headline and not the article which outlines that there are several buildings of varying heights and uses that they are proposing. Few people would want the whole property developed into sixteen storey buildings but that is far from what is being proposed. Hopefully people will learn more about the proposals and maintain an open mind to what is being proposed.
